All workshops are in-house, meaning they take place at your location, the client's location, or at a designated venue (such as a hotel). The workshops last 30 to 2 days, and we tailor them to your specific needs. We conduct them with you and create a photographic documentation (or more if desired) of the results. Depending on the scope of the workshop, the number of days for implementation, as well as possibly some time for preparation and follow-up, will be included. Travel time within Germany is not charged.

The exchange of experiences often takes place unsystematically and usually only when problems have already arisen and solutions are being sought.
In certain phases, it is therefore advisable to conduct a preventive exchange of experiences in order to counteract the emergence of problems at an early stage.
Independent moderation of such a workshop by an experienced facilitator makes it possible to specifically identify weak points and provide even reluctant employees with a platform to present their ideas and concerns. The benefits and mutual trust-building effects can be considerable.
